Passport: Bring your original passport. It has to be valid and the validity should be three months from the date of your return to the US. It should also have at least one blank page.

US Permanent Residence Card: You’ll need to bring your US Permanent Residence Card. The validity of this document should also be three months from the date of your return to the US. This can be your US long-term visa or US Alien Card. Bring a photocopy of this document as well.

Photograph: One (2×2 inches) is enough and this should be a new one. The background should be white.

Cover Letter: Write a detailed cover letter to increase your chances of visa approval. Explain your travel plan and purpose. Include a list of all the documents you’re submitting as well.
