Here are the requirements as far as the documents are concerned:

Passport: The date of issue of the passport shouldn’t be more than 10 years. It should have at least two blank pages and its validity should be three months beyond the validity date of your visa. Bring a photocopy of the biodata page as well.

UK Residency Proof: You need to provide a photocopy of this document. The validity of this document should be 90 days beyond your visa validity date.

Passport-sized photograph: One will be enough. It should be a recent one. Paste it on the visa application form. Don’t staple.
