Here is a documents checklist for you to better understand all the documents that you will need to present to the consulate. Each of these documents has been explained in detail below.

Visa application form: This is an extremely important document that you will need to give to the consulate. It will need to be filled, signed, and your photograph needs to be affixed to the form as well.

Passport: Carry your original passport. It will need to be valid for at least 3 months from the date of your arrival to the US.
