How to get Czech Republic Schengen visa appointment in London – the basics.
You’ll need to book an appointment before submitting your Schengen visa application as no walk-ins are allowed. You can book this appointment by:

Going directly through the consulate

Through a third-party site like VFSGlobal
You’ll need to visit the VFSGlobal website to book your appointment through them online.
Click on “Schedule an appointment“.
Once you’re redirected, scroll down to the “Appointment link” and click on it.
Click on the link saying “New User”
Fill in your details and select the date and time slot as per your convenience.
VFSGlobal will charge a service fee of around $25 but they do have the capability to handle a large number of applications. But do remember that in both ways the appointment is subject to availability.

Try some other city if you are unable to get an appointment from your city. This works with varying success, as most consulates are usually booked up well in advance.

Countries like Luxembourg, Malta, and Slovenia are not as swamped with visa applications. So you can try changing your primary Schengen consulate to one of the smaller countries and see if you get an appointment.

Even if you are booking the appointment through VFSGlobal, you’ll have to use the same account to book 5 Schengen visa appointments. But you might not get 5 appointments on the same day as 5 appointments may not be available in one day.
