The page will load a form, which will need to be filled to complete your appointment booking procedure. Fill the form and click on “Submit” to complete the procedure.

Once you are done with this, fill in your Schengen visa application form with your information the way it is given in your passport. Print it out and carry it to the German consulate on the day of your appointment.

What are the documents required for your Germany Schengen visa interview?

As the list of all the required documents is quite long, we suggest that you arrange all of them at least a day before your interview to avoid missing out on any of them.

  • You will need to show your original and valid passport with a validity of at least 90 days from the day of your return.
  • In case you are a legal resident of the Philippines, you will need to show your Residence permit as well. The validity of this document should be similar to the passport’s mentioned above.
  • You will need to carry your recent passport-sized photographs that are clicked in colour. The front face should be clear and they should be shot on a light background.
  • You will need to give the consulate a cover letter for your travel as well. It should clearly mention your purpose of travelling to Germany. You can also mention your flight itinerary and a list of all the documents you are handing over to the consulate for your visa application processing.

  • Proof of your travel itinerary and hotel accommodations will also need to be furnished to the consulate. The consulate will want to know about your round trip details and ensure that you have made arrangements to live in Germany during your travel.
