Starting from January 2017, all appointments for Belgian Schengen visa from Manila has to be made through VFS.
Here’ s how you can do it:
Visit the official website of the embassy of Belgium in Philippines. Choose English as the preferred language.

Make sure that your documents fulfill the following criteria:
Passport: The validity of your passport should be at least three months from the date of the last date of your journey.
