Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All refunds, both partial and full refund will be done within 2 days of raising a request.
To be eligible for a refund, the following circumstances must be met.
Order placed by mistake and you want refund BEFORE we deliver your order
In this case you are eligible for a full refund. Please reply to your payment confirmation email that was sent to you upon placing your order asking to cancel your order immediately. We will most often refund your payment the same day.
Order is placed but you want to cancel AFTER we deliver your order
Refund is under the sole discretion of Anvitech Holdings LLC. Each case is dealt case by case, if there is a genuine case, we refund either a partial amount or offer a full refund in most cases. If you are eligible for a refund , we will refund your payment the same day and cancel your order.
Order is placed and the customer wants us to expedite the delivery of the order
We will usually process an order within 3 hours. If you want us to get it processed much sooner, then please drop and email to us at customersupport@travelvisabookings.com. If you have sent us the email to process the order ASAP and we have not done so . Then you are eligible for full refund and we will deliver your order to you for free.
Customer wants some changes or has a concern with our documents or finds the document is not as described
PLEASE get in touch with us and we will resolve your issues. If you decide to raise a dispute with PayPal without speaking to us, it would unnecessarily cause delays on both sides, if your concern is genuine we will refund you, if you have issues with our documents we will resolve them for you. In either case we will help you get a fair resolution.
